Sườn heo rửa sạch, chặt khúc vừa ăn. Gừng gọt sơ vỏ, đập dập như hình bên.
Gọt vỏ kiwi, bóc vỏ hành tây và tỏi. Sau đó, cắt kiwi và hành tây thành miếng nhỏ.
Đầu tiên, cho kiwi, hành tây, gừng, tỏi vào máy xay sinh tố, xay nhuyễn. Tiếp đến, thêm đường trắng, giấm, dầu mè, tiêu, nước tương vào cùng, xay thêm 1 phút.
Đổ hỗn hợp đã xay ra tô, khuấy đều. Cho sườn heo vào tô, đổ phần nước đã xay vào, trộn đều, để khoảng 15 phút.
Nướng sườn mỗi mặt khoảng 2-3 phút để sườn còn tái vừa trên bếp than. Nếu muốn ăn sườn chín, có thể nướng lâu hơn.
