Người ta nói rằng mùa hè là mùa của trái cây. Nếu ăn từng loại sẽ gây nhàm chán, vậy tại sao ta không thử kết hợp chúng theo một cách khác để tạo ra món chè bổ dưỡng và hấp dẫn?
Thái hạt lựu bơ, chuối, xoài và thơm. Rây bột năng 2 lần qua từng loại trái cây. Sau đó nấu nước sôi, cho thạch vào luộc rồi vớt ra để ráo.
Hòa tan bột rau câu, bột cà phê, đường và nước. Nấu cho đến khi hỗn hợp sôi, vặn lửa nhỏ, vớt bọt rồi tắt bếp. Để nguội rồi cho ra khuôn. Ở đây mình dùng khuôn có hình sẵn cho tiện và đẹp mắt.
Lấy hạt chôm chôm và mít. Chuẩn bị nước cốt dừa.
Trình bày ra dĩa lần lượt theo các hình bên dưới: mình cho thạch trái cây, mít xung quanh; chính giữa thì là rau câu và chôm chôm. Sau đó rưới nước cốt dừa, nếu bạn muốn ăn lạnh thì cho thêm xíu đá bào. Nào thưởng thức món chè thôi!
